WHAT I AM SAYING is to break down the procedures and issues you would need to follow and the problems you will encounter in trying to get to a point where you will ever see new filings from RMTD...
it is point by point, step by step and i think it is very easy to follow
and as a shareholder who seems to really want to know what happened 8 years ago and wants to see a year by year public revelation of the status of the company everything i posted is entirely YOUR PROBLEM...it isn't the S.E.C's problem ..so whose problem is it ???
my conclusion is that it is impossible to ever get a non existent company to file anything even if you can prove there are over 500 shareholders ...and you have to prove that before moving on to any other step...
