The 10K was due 90 days after the end of the year, June 30, 2017.

90 days is September 28, 2017. They filed and NT which gave them 15 days, October 13, 2017.

The OTC allows for 30 days after the SEC deadline, October 13, 2017.

The 30 day OTC deadline is November 12, but that was a Sunday, so deadline is next business day, November 13, 2017.

We are now 4 days passed the OTC deadline. If the OTC were going to take action and halt trading, I would think it would have been done by now.

What that tells me is that QMC must be in direct communication with the OTC and may have provided justification for an extension beyond the 30 days.

I guess we'll have to wait, as usual, to see if my assumptions pan out or if the OTC eventually suspends trading until the 10K is issued.

With respect to 10Q, I don't think you can file a 10Q until the previous filing has been submitted. The 10Q was due 45 days after end of quarter which was September 30, 2017. Therefore, 10Q due date was November 14, 2017.
