that's how they manipulate. However the dips are being bought today so there is tremendous pressure to raise the ask now. That's what it feels like to me. Shorts trying to prevent a squeeze.
Its Friday folks they have to buy these levels today because its .07-.08 next week.
Everyone knows it.
