NR CONflates $ amount vs share for a share

what is amazing to me is the fact that the events of AH's on 10.18.17 .. *provoked* NR into *volume* of approx 1M
over the next 2 days .. b4 the filing (Forms 3/4 for 2 new BoD adds) and NRs' *handling* of news *known* by plants
was to take PTOI *UP* from approx 1c to 4c .. on what a few of us observing believed to be *wash trading*

pointing out that NN did just under 30000 in volume via their elastic ask size of 10000 @ 039 .. over the last 4 days
also is a tell .. in how seriously UPSIDE DOWN NR is on PTOI

whether P2O's mgmt can take advantage of NR via *timing* remains to be seen .. but a few of us have asked recently
