Why am i such a big believer? Because i am an active shareholder who  keeps
introducing large investors -institutionals, family funds, private wealth,
etc.to management.  some of them are following up since 2014 but waited for
the fs to be finished. Some of these contacts also have scandium expertise
and interest. I experienced how serious management looks into this and how
much time they take. I am still recovering from the one week in october when
managemt was in Belgium!  So i experienced their intense workload and
commitment, and the interest of investors which i introduced to the company.
I know they went to london afterwards then to ny and then london again. Mark
lives on a plane now even more than usual. So talks must be very intense.
That is only my guess. 

my introductions are only a small piece of the story, but as an active
investor I am trying to contribute. The company will take the options which
are most beneficial for the company and the shareholders.  of that I have no
doubt.
