Not with what it's worth if the money stays where it is
But then it's like GERS Gets 100%, BTZO GETS 80% and FCC gets 64% more value.
But IMO no matter how you look at it, what a company is really worth more after a settlement, is the money they own, minus what they own to others.

But if you think otherwise, please let me know why and how.
