a reverse spit 1 for 350, O/S now 46,000
New ticker Jmgc. talk of merger, watch

prior to R/S .011, then went to 3.85, but holding pretty good, something in the works.

Potential Oil company or Newmont mining involved.

All IMO

Note: Gemm has produced Diamonds in the past, also involved with an African Gold Company.
