And, speaking of bloated expense levels, here are some key ratios from the 3rd quarter 10-Q:

Cost of Goods (as % of revenues): 90%

Sales & Marketing (as % of revenues): 49%

G & A (as % of revenues): 75%

I'm not sure which of the three lines is the most distressing for me. This should be a case study at business school.
