ICBU has been touting audited financials for three years. It isn't going to happen. It's simply regurgitated nonsense.

Proper DD consists of researching the officers, validating company assets, and verifying information provided in press releases. I know the history of the officers involved here, and have distinct knowledge of the scams they have been involved in over the past decade.

I along with others have provided evidence as supplied by the Indian government showing KRSNA was only a import/exporter of minerals and has been an inactive company since 2014. It has never been a mining company, and current government records confirm it neither owns any mines of any kind in the location stated by the company in it's press releases.

That's three strikes right there.

Strike 1 - History of the officers previous scams.
Strike 2 - No KRSNA mines exist
Strike 3 - None of the press releases have provided legitimate information.
