On July 22, 2017, the Company entered into a Stock Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") with an Officer of Amelot Holdings, Inc. ("Amelot") for the purchase of all issued and outstanding shares of Preferred stock of Amelot. Amelot is a publicly traded entity under the symbol AMHD on the OTC Pinksheets. The transaction was set to close on or before August 25, 2017. The transaction is not an acquisition of Amelot through a Stock Exchange Agreement, but an acquisition of the Preferred shares (control shares) held by a current officer of the Company. The transaction closed on November 10, 2017. All delinquent quarterly and annual reports have been prepared and will be filed with OTC Markets prior to November 24, 2017 in an effort to bring the Company "Current" with OTC Markets.


I doubt Ole Doc Anderson can or has converted or sold any of those preferred's yet,

What we seen yesterday was most likely savvy traders selling commons for doubles and triples on there .0001's. Much Bank to be had following and trading Doc's Deals.
Ole Doc Anderson has planed his work and is working his plan.
Try this buy the bottom and sell half every time it runs 200% or better. That way we ride the other half for free in case of another blue sky breakout with a profit of original investment back.
I use to trade what i thought was sure things Bluechips until Enron, World com and General motors broke many investors and squashed retirements. I would rather take my chance with Ole Doc Anderson, UNGS and its siblings, like our latest AMHD.That savvy traders are already riding for free.
