Hallo walterc,

nobody hates you or any other person here on the board.
The problem that I do have is, that if Mark would be doing it correctly, we would not be able to dump the share price.

We spent almost 1-2 years and multiple millions to optimize the FS which leads to higher costs and lower IRR.
Now we are late in the game, at the start of tax loss selling and land of nowhere regarding financing + pressure of current sp.

Could you please give us 3 differnt reasons why we should stay / buy in Niocorp, except the common mentioned reasons like, "the resource is worth billion" or "world class management" or "we have 75% offtake of our niobium ", ...
I guess these facts are known to everybody, but worth nothing at the moment because they dont calm any investor any longer.

I may be an idiot, but I mentioned it to often, that we spent too much time optimizing or spending millions on that. We should go with a less optimal offer than going bankruptcy.
That is just an opinion of an idiot.
