Huey Long
CEO

Huey Long has been the Chief Executive Officer of Life Clips, Inc. since February, 2017. Mr. Long is a seasoned public company multi-channel Retail Executive, Global Sourcing and Technology Executive. He began his career at Circuit City Stores Inc. as part of the $4 Billion Technology Division. Huey was President of Premier Resources International, a Global Sourcing company with offices in the US, Mexico and China. Huey was responsible for launching Amazon.com’s private brands in the US, UK, FR, DE, JP and China, and was also responsible for all of Amazon.com’s global sourcing and led the retail buying operations software development team. After Amazon Huey was a Senior Vice President at Walmart Stores Inc. where he served as a General Merchandising Manager at Sam’s Club. Mr. Long then served on the turnaround team for Radio Shack where he was an Executive Vice President responsible for strategy, e-commerce, marketing, and mobility merchandising. Mr. Long was also a board member of Radio Shack China which was a joint venture with Foxconn. Mr. Long received his Bachelor’s degree in from the University of Tennessee in 1995 where he majored in Psychology and Business and is a veteran of the United States Navy.



Donald Ruan
Chairman of the Board

Donald Ruan is President and CEO Ascenda Corporation Asia. Donald brings extensive experience in executive management and international trading to Ascenda. Donald has been an American Citizen for over 30 years citizen and is native of China, which gives him the opportunity to bridge the West and East. He is respected in both worlds for his integrity and ability. Donald has been a TEC (The Executives Committee) member, founder, and President of Ascenda Corporation. Donald has extensive experience running consumer electronics manufacturing companies having been CEO of ProView Technology, KDS, Waffer, MAG Innovision, and CTX International. Donald has been a board member of Waffer Tech – The world’s largest magnesium injection molder, ARC United and MAG Innovision. He has served as a partner in Unico International and as Executive VP at Taiwan and Hong Kong Trading Co – The largest government subsidized trading firm in Taiwan. He has also served as Chief Resident Representative in Shanghai for China Development Financial Holdings Corporation, an arm of the investment banker in Asia.



Scott Silverman
Vice President Corporate Affairs

Scott Silverman is Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs. Scott is a dynamic Corporate Executive and Lawyer that has successfully led 4 public companies over the last 20 years. His managerial expertise is broad including operations, P&L management, budget, legal, investor relations, public relations, capital markets and personnel motivation. Mr. Silverman founded and served as Chairman and CEO of Veriteq Corporation- a leader in RFID technology for medical devices. Veriteq went public in 2013 and was recently sold to a leading breast implant manufacturer. Mr. Silverman served as Applied Digital’s Chairman and CEO from 2003-2006. From 1996-2003, Mr. Silverman held other executive and Board positions at Applied Digital including General Counsel and Vice President- mergers and acquisitions. From 2004-2008, Mr. Silverman served as Chairman of Digital Angel Corporation (AMEX:DOC), a majority owned subsidiary of Applied Digital. He was a director since 2003. Mr. Silverman began his career as an attorney specializing in commercial litigation and communications law at the law firm of Cooper Perskie in Atlantic City, New Jersey, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Silverman is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (B.A., 1985) and Villanova University School of Law (J.D., 1989).



Victoria Rudman
CFO

Victoria Rudman is Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Rudman, has served as the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Company since January 2016. Ms. Rudman has over 25 years of professional experience in multiple aspects of leadership, operations, accounting, finance, taxation and fiscal management. Ms. Rudman has spent most of her career in Fortune 50 global investment bank and retail brokerage firms as well as small cap public companies and startup ventures. She served as Chairman and CEO of Intelligent Living Inc. from 2011-2014 and currently serves as the CFO of Kalytera Therapeutics, Inc. and TheraKine Ltd., both private companies. Previously, Ms. Rudman held various technology controllership positions at Morgan Stanley and acted as a Vice President at Bear Stearns and Director of Business Planning & Strategy at Visual Networks, where she was the lead project manager for the entire technology business enterprise, including IPO and strategic M&A. Ms. Rudman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Accounting from Pace University, Lubin School of Business.

William Singer
Vice President Sales and Marketing

William Singer is Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Singer brings 25 years of leadership experience in the technology sector to Life Clips. He has launched and exited several entrepreneurial ventures, his first at 19, over his distinguished career. Mr. Singer has also worked as an introducing broker to a large global money manager, where he participated in a variety of successful opportunities. Since 2010 he has developed multiple strategic relationships in the larger big box chains where he has successfully implemented several new product launches that have resulted in millions of dollars of revenue. These successful product launches were directly attributable to his experience building sales channels and his network of buyers in the mass merchandising and specialty electronics business. Mr. Singer brings sales and management experience in all facets of business, including the internet, internet marketing, sales and analytics.
