Budlife will be a featured $SGMD/Plantation product..and wont be surprised that leveraged connections will bring Budlife Minnesota mass production cost down significantly! How big is BizRight leverage?..for starters, Panjiva confirms 463 product shipments into Port of LA and Long Beach..and shipment sizes weigh tons! And if one DD's Joey Passalaqua history, you'll find he has an Asian Rolodex.

IT IS MY OPINION, that I alluded to TWO major new pieces of DD one might have discovered as we await $ATPT to be moved to CURRENT status as SEC reporting and audited.

1- HUGE REFERENCE To MERGER and ACQUISTIONS in the Works and being finalized at $ATPT in the very latest 10Q issued on Weds.

2- CLEAR CONNECTIONS again to Passalaqua and a huge MJ company with vape product lines and other brands - Bizright LLC ---- and this leaves the door wide open for BUDLIFE.net packaging products for MJ and terpenes, etc. The Bizright deal alone is $30mil in revenues for $SGMD in 2017. This can only get better and better now for $ATPT - as the prospects of Plantation Corp (budlife.net) going public via $ATPT or something quite similar involving a major MJ deal with Passalaqua especially with all the direct correlations to these MJ companies (public and private).
