Thanks JD. Articulate answer. I'll make an attempt at it. It's unreal how brokerages operate now. Example of how I was able to obtain my certs in my account in which I bought them from and can no longer bring them back into my account without the company filing an sec statement and or have a $200 million market cap. Maybe my broker was part of a short. Thanks for the info.
