It seems my suspicions may be on target. I have been pointed to the following:

The website does not appear to have been abandoned It could very well be that "Qode.com" will be the Brand's website and that "Neom.com" is being reconstructed to reflect a higher level corporate structure.

While some here may deem the above a reach (and it may prove to be so), I tend to feel the name Neomedia Technologies is preparing for reincarnation

Nevertheless, regardless of the company identity going forward, I only care that the stock survives, and IMVSO it will
