Some posters are insisting these words do not apply to trading shares on the open market where we trade.
Is it crystal clear from IR that all value will be lost where we trade in retail?

One poster posted this, "All existing equity interests of PubCo will be cancelled without recovery." First you need to understand what equity interest means and you left out the words partnership equity interest.

They are referring to their partnership equity interest debt note holders not retail."

What do you make of this? Is it true?
