I agree Scarbender. I can't figure out why AOIFF is not on the rise. They get closer to actual production every day. They have increasing proven oil reserves. The price of oil is rising (well above the cost to bring it out of the ground in Kenya).

I just think Oil exploration is out of favor right now, from an investment perspective. It is almost like we are waiting for some kind of world conflict to force investment reaction back to commodities (energy). Then AOIFF is HUGELY undervalued.
