Odd. The generally accepted software testing progression is unit, integration, alpha (usually in house acting as customers), then beta (select customers in pre-release of full product), then full release.
Going from beta to alpha seems to imply either a confusion of terms or a change in phase. That is, the recent beta testing is now giving way to alpha (first) testing of a new configuration, which in turn will be followed by beta testing of same. They could be more clear on their meaning.
"The Citizen Toke platform will be the most valuable in the competitive markets that develop after a longer established industry".
This would seem to imply Cali is not a factor here nor will be for sometime.
If CT is going to bust a run by 1Q18 it may have to be outside the mj industry.
