Lot of truth in what you say. They called for an up list with a R/S which I strongly opposed from the get go. Until they are compliant getting an up list is total BS. Again who benefited with this? Toxic shareholders and guess what the lab owners are completely covered as the notes payable are 1st in line. Fiduciary responsibility appears to be a concept that management does not understand. Our old buddy Chris can copy and paste from last year's warning as absolutely nothing has changed!
