An AM radio interview out of Midland-Odessa, with the Three Stooges... wow! It just doesn't get any better.

Jack does nothing more than confirm he's a con-man in this radio segment on KWEL.

There is no such product in the refining industry known as "off road diesel." USEPA has required the use of ULSD, or Ultra-Low Sulphur Diesel for off-road use since August of 2013, in all states except Alaska.

"Red" diesel is dyed ULSD, which is untaxed, and used in off-highway applications including agriculture and construction - the key is that ULSD has had the sulfur removed, and it has been cetane-boosted and stabilized. MMEX's Phase I topping unit has no capability to refine the "diesel" it might produce - technically this "raw," or intermediate product is AGO, atmospheric gas-oil.

The whole interview was the biggest, most comical steaming pile of B.S. I've heard in a while. Anyone in the industry knows better, and was laughing at Jack, if they were able to listen to the whole segment.

Still no financing... because there isn't any, and there won't be. Good luck with that groundbreaking.
