I did speak to Jack today, and he mentioned there are no plans or discussion currently on share restructure. He also confirmed they do have a booth at the MJ Biz Convention taking place in Las Vegas this week. Hopefully that will generate more attention for new investor. My buddy is out there, and he did mention there are a lot in attendance.

As for Acology, Inc. position in Canada, following possible legalization, Acology has had a distribution network there close to 5 years, which began in Vancouver, and now cover the entire country.

Acology long-term plans call for expansion of their business into the cannabis extract side. Acology has facilities in place for testing and manufacturing different cannabis components. In 2018, Acology are looking at buying the building that they currently lease so that they can have all of their diverse components in one location.
