**FAKE PRESS RELEASE**

A PRESS RELEASE is actually an official announcement issued TO the NEWS MEDIA. Tony did NOT issue a press release BUT instead scrambled together a SHAREHOLDER LETTER in which he addressed ONLY the shareholders to provide some baloney story that unfortunately some among us sadly mistake for an “update” when in reality there is no real update. If you don’t believe me, you change the date of the letter to May 11, 2017 and it would still be relevant as old news .

The LETTER itself was issued in response to the falling share price and certainly not for clarity And if anything the SHAREHOLDER LETTER brings more questions than answers like how the heck we jumped from a BLACKOUT PERIOD to a WHITEOUT PERIOD where now there is NO definitive deadlines in sight? And why NOT 1 single NEWS MEDIA OUTLETS picked up the 14 November SHAREHOLDER LETTER that Tony posted on the company website? And plus HOW COME NOTHING has been filed with the SEC about the financials? And why not even ONE word about the issues they find with N417XA that prevented Tony to keep his word to complete the acquisition on 10/31/2017? And how come things are STILL progressing IF they are completed? PLUS how come Tony said NOTHING about the annual shareholder meeting?

Hey Tony that was a really cute SHAREHOLDER LETTER but we are still waiting for an actual PRESS RELEASE since the last PR was generated on 5/11/2017 via BUSINESS WIRE. As an example There is a difference between
the May 11 SHAREHOLDER MEETING and
the May 11 USGLOBAL AIRWAYS PRESS CONFERENCE. Two entirely different animals.

I stand to be corrected and I waiting for to hear which media news outlets actually desseminated the so called PR that Tony published on 11/14/2017. I saw the SHAREHOLDER LETTER here https://www.usglobal.com/press-release-july-24th But I cannot find the PRESS RELEASE anywhere and BUSINESS WIRE only had the May 11 PRESS RELEASE.
