Crud. I wrote all the numerous issues the jury had to decide and it disappeared before I submitted it. Not going to do it again.

Last thought is I expected a decision right after lunch today. No way they want to come back the Friday before Thanksgiving when they have a lot of things to do.

I came up with an over/under line of $19.1M after poring over court docs. Equal chance to go above or below that number. I also give it a 45% chance of jury finding willful infringement, but only a 25% chance Judge Freeman agrees. More likely than not that she would grant the Blue Coat JMOL motion to remove willful infringement when ruling on post-trial motions.

11:00 in California now. Get that last free lunch and then finish filling out the jury form.
