Surely, it does not hurt to name the company they are negotiating with. What happen to Americana cafe or City Blend and the focus? things went quiet with that as it does ever since they "acquire" it a couple years ago. Dont be surprise if their headquarter change to Canada, but then again im sure sooner or later the Canadian will question the legitimacy of any marijuana company operating in the soon to be legalize Canada. Since im sure they already see this coming of fake marijuana company trying to get rich of scamming the legalization of marijuana. i have 12.5M shares in this company, so i question any legitimacy of pretty much any new PR news now. I was stupid to hold it during the last run with the marijuana section and now regretting it, but this time i am out once it reach that mark .001 if it will ever go that high again.
