Thanks for that interview link! Jack Hanks said in the interview that ground breaking is this Friday. Starting @ 4 minutes and 30 seconds into the interview he invited everyone to come out to the Chamber of Commerce in Fort Stockton, TX and then they will provide transportaion to the site. The really interesting thing he said right after that was that:"We will break ground and the process starts, the CONSTRUCTION PROCESS STARTS."

My point is you don't start construction unless you have money to do it whether it be fully financed or in part. This is much better and Hanks is much smarter than those in Arizona where they tried to build a huge refinery because they said every time they got to a certain point the government changed the laws and halted the project. This is much much better for (2) main reasons: (1) Starting with a smaller scale to get everything approved and a FOOTHOLD, (2). LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION (Permian Basin)!!!!!!! $MMEX
