My gut says some how, some way, Matt Dwyer is going to reacquire this and use it as a shell again.

I have zero DD and zero knowledge. I just have been watching his game for many many years.

He just acquired 63% stake in BDCI, the company we were suppose to RM with.

Very interesting watching him.

Credibility: noun 1. the quality of being believable or
worthy of trust: After all those lies, his credibility was at a low
ebb.
