This is what I think this company is shaping to be about.

This company is offering assets management securitization for unsecured bonds (and other securities assets as well) by reinvesting the money coming from retail investors. Who gives them retail investors money? The same commercial banks that the investors use to invest on the bond.

Why all of this? Because european banks are looking to new ways to securitize for junks bond, ie bonds with a poor valuation (like the ones from venezuela) in order to escape from the big failures that those risky development countries had in the past (just think at all the pain for investors that the argentinian bonds have been).

So CSHD doesn't own the bonds, as a matter of fact they are regularly trading on the open market! Instead they are given the money retail investors are spending in trading those bonds (which is even better that owning the bond).

That's why you shouldn't look at the original bond amount, but at the total amount of money invested in the bond.
