you would be surprised. they don't respond to investors. they take information and review it. you would not know if joe has been or is under investigation. you wouldn't know if the company is under investigation. you wouldn't know until the indictments start to flow, if any come. so, don't count the sec out here. i have seen investigations take a couple of years, but when they come with the indictments, they are rock solid and air tight. i have never seen the sec lose a case on any pink i have read about. not even one. if they get this guy, he will go to prison.
