Gee sorry about the typo. All other things I said I stand by. She is a major shareholder and what is there to operate unless she is in on all deals? Her votes were needed for the RS and all other matters requiring a vote. She is a major player. Also, if she was in opposition to any of WW's moves, why would she continue to add shares? I'm not putting more responsibility on her, just saying she is a major part of the management team and nothing happens if she doesn't approve.
