Public companies sell shares. That's what they do.
I've never heard of a private individual selling shares. Can you explain what you mean here?
Also, it is rather contradictory to claim on the one hand that McCusker (an individual, which already renders this claim fictitious) sold shares to pay off his debt, and to make a rather mutually exclusive claim that McCusker (same individual who you claim used public funds to pay off debt) is now bankrupt due to same debt?
Wait is this like debt 1 and debt 2? Is there a debt 3 we should know of? Like return of the debt?
