I think it will be brokers accumulating at this point as the private investors are tapped out and or have been misled down the garden path with the oil spill cleanup technology and have had enough.

looking forward to a change in symbol if for no other reason than to erase the bad memory of csce the oil company.

A new symbol will also bring new awareness to the company as another player in the cannabis field.
