Herein lies the problem. for that to happen, it needs a crowd of novice, unsuspecting, first-time investors to lose money... sheep to slaughter.

Without a competent company to float all boats, investors and traders cannibalize each others (pies already run out, eaten by greedy insiders) ... often at the expense of inexperienced participants.
