I think Andy should have had a better response ready, for why he was buying stock (thinking it's undervalued and a good long term buy), or just refused to answer the question. His answer seemed to be a bit coy, and that annoys me.
It is a waiting game. The company is ramping up on spending, both to create and acquire content. We still don't know how much "Llama Llama" will bring in from Netflix. "Rainbow Rangers" is still a ways away. I would have liked to hear more about "Spacepop", and content/merchandising sales, because it appears to be a dud.
There is also the problem of the periodic stock sales to raise funds. It brings cheap shares on to the market (accounting for warrants). It may cause a perception problem with the company.
I don't remember anyone questioning the price point on the Amazon channel deal. I think it's too high for the amount of content GNUS is providing.
It's still a waiting game for the company to record profits.
