Well,INMG is picking the carcass of TSMI & will be taking all its assets including Radio Loyality which is already on Cannanet.tv and building the back end. etc..I expect a RM into the shell with INMG being the SURVIVING company. TSM will be worth diddley squat and INMG will be the crown jewel imo. We all know Tom wants to get off the pinks and be fully reporting and this is the easiest means possible to do so.
