Dear fellow shareholders,

I wanted to get a quick update out to everyone since I have been unable to release news. I want everyone to know that we are working everyday on our plan and we should be able to disclose our plans within the next week or so. As I have said before, we have several lawyers working on our transactional business and on our legal defense in New Jersey. It would not be prudent or legal to release news unless it is 100% correct. It has come to my attention from several shareholders that there is some scuttlebutt on various media outlets about our legal situation. If you take the time to read the pleadings, you will see that we have a very strong defense. It is unfortunate, but in this day and age anyone can take legal action against another person or entity, regardless of merit. I was reminded today of a quote by Warren Buffet "The stock market is a device for transferring money from the impatient to the patient." I want to thank everyone for their patience. It has been a long road with lots of repair work needed. I think everyone will be happy when I am able to discuss our future plans. Have a wonderful and happy thanksgiving.
