The BofA Merrill Lynch analyst revised the pps from $27 to $23 based on current scenario.... doubtful the firm will downgrade GE again until there is more clarity, as they report earnings Jan 19th.

IMO, the pps will be range bound but $20 pps is not out of the realm of possibility in the near term.
