Now that it’s going into recovery mode, shareholders who have lost money (there are gobs) are more willing to jump in to average down; the drug efficacy updates in the 10Q are promising; there is an interim safety analysis report due out; and finally, there is still a reckoning to be had with the short interest.

Bar none, this is one of the strongest plays to close out 2017, and kick off 2018.
