This is from an email conversation I had with Mr. Sorkin on 5/5/17:

“Regarding your questions, we have no plans or desires for a reverse and we have no plans for a buyback now either. Regarding the buyback, we have to make the best overall business and financial decisions for the overall company, investors, shareholders and employees and a buyback is only an option if a company has no debt, no opportunities to invest in growth, and has a lot of extra cash – we are still growing, have remaining debt, and no extra cash so that is not a realistic option at this time.”
