Not at all, I've been to some, where they did not have financing, only a really good idea and some cash to get them going.

The safe thing for me anyway is if there is no financing and the blood bath does occur they can always by back in way cheaper. I mean 5 million shares is a lot of shares riding on no financing announcement. The tell will be in the volume and PPS before hand.
For what its worth, you seem straight up and genuine with statements based on facts and substance. Others, I would not trust with a cracker jacks SECRET decoder ring.
