Groundbreaking ceremonies can happen without and do happen without financing. I do agree that if he does not announce financing at or before the ceremony it will go bad for him and he will lose a lot of credibility. But so far he has come through. We will see by Friday at the latest. If no announcement Friday it will be a blood bath Monday. Period.
