packerfan9... point meant, most OTC's are looking to dilute dilute dilute and use their public entity as an ATM machine, its nice to see companies REDUCE their share counts, as I have noticed more companies going this route as of late. Mr. Bell has spent a long time cleaning up the company and has put himself/BTDG in a good situation to succeed.
