It does appear that they have set the company up for a profitable future that should not need further Convertible Debt. Down the road, this could be a nice long term hold. Looking at the present is the issue, as there is still debt to convert and there will be an inevitable R/S at some point, most likely after it is fully converted. Makes no sense to do it any other way, as no responsible business would buy back the amount of shares that have been released into the market over the years to convert the debt.

So, short term, is there a chance to flip some profits? My target was .0009 to try for a play, but I am not liking the way the SP has reacted since the PV spin off. They did not get rid of that asset and would still benefit from PV having success, so not sure why it has been all down since then. Need to get comfortable with what is going on there before I put money for a hoped for quick flip.
