A innovation patent - not a standard patent - you need to read the documents from the Australian patent office.

OWCP changed the standard patent application to the innovation patent - which is more of the equivalent of the USPTO provisional patent.

Why don't you post the name of the patent examiner?

Or post the document that states OWCP has been granted a standard patent.
