I'm not concerned with the 4-6 week's for news deadline that people keep timing to the second. The reason they said 4 - 6 weeks and not a set date was that it was an approximate time frame. Still many changes in China and varied discussions have and are taking place at the moment and if it takes longer, so be it. Just because the deal isn't signed and a PR isn't posted doesn't mean the deal is dead. This is a tremendous merge/ partnership/ agreement/ exclusive license, whatever, things take time, negotiations, compromise, discussion, hard choices, planning, changes, etc. It's not going to be, hey, let's merge and make shareholders happy and piss their pants! Ok, let's. No, it's not that simple. So stop counting down like it's the New years eve ball in times square, let the deal form. Whatever the deal is, we will make money, of that I'm confident. Only question is how much. That will be based on the deal, for whatever it will be. Just have to wait it out however long. If there's more dilution, it's part of the cost of doing business, so be it.
