Wow! Impressive, same companies just different percentage ownership for each... same outcome for shareholders. It’s a no-win situation no matter how it’s spun!
Especially since the “clincher” is supposedly the same product (petrozene) that can’t get a single buyer since it reformulation over three years ago!
Nah, still doesn’t sound good!
