I believe the hearing is not happening as they didn't respond. Maybe a new hearing with the SEC if TALK appealed.

The appeal was due within 21 days from the initial decision, if they did appeal we may not know immediately.

If an order of finality comes soon, I am not sure how fast of a turnaround the SEC has, but this Friday is the 21st consecutive day. If the order comes and TALK isn't included then they may very well have appealed.

Pursuant to that Rule, a party may file a petition for review of this Initial Decision within twenty-one days after service of the Initial Decision. A party may also file a motion to correct a manifest error of fact within ten days of the Initial Decision

The verbiage indicates that if any of the four companies appealed they would not be included in the order of finality.

The Commission will enter an order of finality unless a party files a petition for review or a motion to correct a manifest error of fact or the Commission determines on its own initiative to review the Initial Decision as to a party. If any of these events occur, the Initial Decision shall not become final as to that party.3

Like Bears says, "Hail Mary Pass" is needed.
