Thank you for the corrections, that's what I was thinking. Here's my thought, after having followed this for a few years now.

And I am no doctor or scientist, just a business person. First thing I would do, is verify/validate the patents. Look at the history of...who created it, was it purchased from another and modified, etc...if purchased, what was it purchased for...? Having said that, I have researched this patent. It came from a French science group. They sold it to this doctor for approximately 60K USD. Why that price, I cannot tell you, why were the French selling such a life altering, flagship drug as Sunshine calls it? I don't know. Now also keep in mind, the patent was purchased from Advanomics, a private entity owned by the same people that own sunshine, just google it. Also hence the name: ADVA-27a for Advanomics. So we see, a private company purchased the patent from the French, held onto it, then sold it to themselves as a public traded company...for millions....the board of directors, same for Advanomics as Sunshine, again, google it....with no shareholder inputs, created a value, and rammed it down Sunshines throat....and mind you, a company that has never made any money...if the doc knew he owner such an amazing patent, why offer it to the public, why not develop it with private equity firms, reap huge rewards....So to date, we apparently have a flagship drug, that will cure all sorts of cancer, and be better on peoples bodies, and yet...they cant fund it properly, can't move it to the next stage of development, and I know it takes time, but if it was the flagship, next best cancer drug...a) Smarter people would have already perfected it, or b) someone would have bought it from the French for 60K, why would they spend a billion on buying Sunshine? It honestly makes no sense to me....being that no one has showed interest, I'm not the only one...plus when does a billion dollar company trade for less than a penny? And when is a billion dollar company incapable of funding it's own operation? What billion dollar company has no income? No workers? No assets?

I remain hopeful in this ordeal, but logic dictates results in the business world. If major pharmacies saw any value in this patent, they would have bought it years ago. Even if they just saw it as a possible cancer drug they would take a chance...if it didn't work out, write it off. And what about the French? If they had a life altering cancer drug....why would they sell it? I just don't buy the value of proprietary patents based on my research....
