I believe both sides probably requested they hold off on the decision until after this trial.

1) So as to not influence it.

2) Probably said they were pursuing settlement.

Looks like somebody took out the probable BCPI shares for sale in one shot.

Could be a few things happening rapid-fire here. Going to be hard to time perfectly, but some easy money for those who don't get greedy.
