Hard to say. My advice is trade it, don't hold it. My overall feeling is this base is the beginning of a 3 month overall correction in the market. That would produce more volatility and higher vix. NOKO continues to be a wild card here. They have been awfully quiet with testing but vocal to the point that they appear ready to face the consequences if Trump moves on them. If that happens, you'd see UVXY in the multiples of hundreds.
