well the full story is that a company was paid 15k to profile the company. THis was part the the disclosure they did on their piece which really only repeated news. Not analysis really done. But the disclosure also said that everyone should do there own research and the article was for entertainment only. Included in the disclosure was the payment came from 3rd party non affiliated with the company and they had been previously paid. It was sort of unclear how long ago that payment actually came.

Finally the article in question requires a subscription so it's not really publicly available.
